Utility Bill Notification Terms of Service

The City of Dwight provides this utility bill email notification service solely as a courtesy to customers. This service is not intended to serve as the official or primary method of bill delivery. Customers remain fully responsible for timely receipt and payment of all utility bills, regardless of participation in this service.

The City of Dwight makes no representation or warranty regarding the timeliness, accuracy, or successful delivery of email notifications. Delivery may be affected by technical issues, spam filters, or other factors beyond the City’s control. Failure to receive an email notification does not relieve the customer of the obligation to pay bills when due.

The City of Dwight shall not be held liable for any loss, late fees, service interruptions, or other damages resulting from delayed, failed, or undelivered email notifications.

By providing an email address and enrolling in this service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms of Service.

Unsubscribing

Customers may discontinue participation in this service at any time by submitting an email request to the City Clerk cityofdwight@tctelco.net
